Privacy & Data Use Notice

OWNER / COUNSEL REVIEW RECOMMENDED. This operational notice describes current CoreyWilley.com practices.

Effective date: August 22, 2026
Last updated: August 22, 2026

Who Operates This Site

CoreyWilley.com operates this website, the Maine business directory, and the Made at The Mill intake system. This notice uses the public name CoreyWilley.com and does not claim an unverified entity relationship.

Information You Provide

Depending on the form you use, we may collect your name, email, phone number, town or location, company or organization, website, work experience, skills, job or training interests, manufacturing inquiry details, product-idea information, tenant or business interest, supplier or partner information, notes, source page, campaign source, consent selections, and uploaded files. Uploads may include resumes, drawings, specifications, photos, PDFs, or other supported documents.

Information Collected Automatically

The site and its service providers may collect limited device and browser information, IP address, server and security logs, referrer or source page, cookie information needed for site operation, and privacy-conscious analytics events. Cloudflare and hosting systems may process network and security information to operate and protect the site. We do not intentionally include names, email addresses, phone numbers, resumes, or product files in Made at The Mill analytics events.

How Information Is Used

We use submitted information to respond to inquiries; evaluate manufacturing or product fit; manage job and training interest; manage tenant, business, supplier, and partner interest; maintain follow-up records; operate and secure the website; improve the intake experience; and meet legal, administrative, or security obligations.

When Information May Be Shared

Information may be shared with service providers needed to host, secure, maintain, or measure the website; with relevant project participants when reasonably necessary to respond to a manufacturing, product, tenant, supplier, or partner inquiry; and when required for legal, fraud-prevention, or security purposes.

Candidate information remains in the CoreyWilley.com Mill Intake system unless the candidate explicitly opts in to employer sharing. When consent is YES, relevant candidate information may be shared with participating businesses at The Mill for employment consideration. When consent is NO, it must not be forwarded to an employer.

Product Ideas and Manufacturing Information

An initial product or manufacturing submission is not automatically confidential. Do not submit trade secrets or highly sensitive proprietary technical information through an initial form. Submission does not create an NDA, confidentiality obligation, intellectual-property transfer, license, patent review, royalty right, manufacturing agreement, pricing commitment, capacity commitment, or acceptance.

File Uploads

Some forms accept resumes, drawings, specifications, photos, PDFs, or other supported files. Access is restricted through the site’s private intake workflow, but no internet storage system can be described as completely secure. Submit only information appropriate for initial review.

Data Retention

Records are retained while an inquiry or relationship is active and then reviewed according to the operational retention matrix. The current review periods are 24 months for inactive job and training records, 24 to 36 months for inactive product ideas, and 36 months for inactive manufacturing, tenant, supplier, and partner records. These are review dates, not automatic deletion dates. Automatic destructive deletion is disabled.

Your Choices and Requests

You may request correction or deletion of submitted information, ask about a submission, or withdraw candidate employer-sharing consent. Email [email protected] and identify the submission reference when available. Withdrawal does not affect sharing that occurred before the request was received.

Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures intended to protect intake records and private uploads. These measures reduce risk but cannot guarantee complete security.

Children

Made at The Mill forms are intended for adults participating in business, manufacturing, employment, training, tenancy, supplier, or partnership activities. They are not directed to children under 13.

Policy Updates

This notice may be updated when the site’s practices or legal obligations change. The updated date above identifies the current version. Email [email protected] with privacy questions.
